Packing for Cost Efficiency

Footballs are typically shipped deflated and packed into double-walled export cartons, which significantly reduces shipping volume compared to inflated balls. Carton dimensions are optimized to match standard pallet coordinates for full container loads (FCL) and less than container loads (LCL).

Documentation

Complete export documentation is prepared for every shipment, including Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading, to ensure smooth customs clearance at the destination port.
