These terms outline the standard commercial conditions for wholesale and OEM football orders placed with Pintech Sports.

Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are a 30% advance telegraphic deposit (T/T) to initiate raw material sourcing, with the remaining 70% balance due upon delivery of the ocean Bill of Lading scan, or via an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Lead Times

Standard production typically spans 15 to 25 days depending on order volume, season, and construction type. Exact timelines are confirmed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

Export Documentation

Complete export documentation is prepared for every shipment, including Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading.
